I'm Seb, new owner of a Model 3. I'm very happy with the car, but I seem to have a few issues with my Tesla account. Tesla hasn't been very helpful so far, so I'm trying to find some answers from the community. First thing: I've ordered the car (in the UK) via a third-party dealership, which might explain some of the following.
Here is what I've noticed:
- when I connect to my Tesla account, in the browser address bar, the reservation number is wrong (at least, it is different from the one I know)
- when I check the car details, under "Specs", the Tow Hitch doesn't appear
- under "Subscriptions", it shows "Standard Connectivity", while I have the 1-year free "Premium Connectivity" in the car
- I used a referral code, but my 1000 miles free supercharging aren't anywhere (not in the lootbox of the app)
I'm not sure what is normal and what isn't. Has anyone noticed anything similar?
