Another bug? Fasten seatbelt when it is (but only after watching a full screen video)

Can anyone confirm they can repeat this in a stalkless model S?

Sit in the car, buckle up with the auto-shift feature on (where you just have to tap the brake and the car guesses if you want to go forward or reverse). Now launch a browser and go to abettertheatre.com and launch something in full screen (this may or may not work with the native apps... I didn't try it). After exiting the browser and trying to drive... "Fasten seatbelt" warning and it won't let me go until I unbuckle and buckle up again.

If this is a novel bug that I've discovered... how does one report it?

Sadly, there’s no reliable way to report software bugs to Tesla. There’s a “bug report” voice command, but that doesn’t really submit anything, it just takes a snapshot of data from your car that Tesla Service can use if you schedule a service appointment. Tesla Service can’t resolve software issues.
