Are you are talking about 60K cap for Base Model price for an EV to qualify for CVRP rebate?

If you are, just search for the car from the eligible listing. See 2nd post above for link.

They Model Y is eligible since its Base Model (Standard Range) is $41K. All other higher priced Y versions are considered as with "Options".
