Any experiences with Kauai Mission Zero car rental? They have a Model S

Was wondering if anyone here had rented from Electric Vehicle Rental - Mission Zero Hawaii - Kauai, Hawaii.

This is a small operation with one Model S P85 and a Kia Soul EV. $800/$400 over week, respectively.
We are going to spend one week in Kauai and would like to avoid getting an ICE car.

If you are doing a lot of driving, it's going to be difficult for you unless you are staying at the Grand Hyatt in Poipu or an Air Bnb with a charger. There's very few public chargers that actually work.

Check plugshare before you book an EV.

I did and the distances are pretty short (I used a trip planner that accounts for elevation changes too, Waimea Canyon is a destination). And we don’t expect to drive that much.

They just added a series of cars, and have two “Coming Soon” cars. Those same cars are available on Turo.

I haven't taken my 3 to the Waimea yet. It's going to be fun to see the battery regen on the way down.
