Any one knows if this plastic piece belongs to model Y? [resolved]

After relative high pressure car wash oy drive way, I found a black/hard plastic piece under my wife model Y, I have never seen this before and no idea if this ever belongs to model y chassis.

If anyone has seen such parts before, can you pls let me know. I may have to stop by service center to put it back. I never washed the chairs of the car at all. It is a mystery.

I had to find out what it was because I too have a Model Y and if I ever came across that piece I wanted to know if it was something from the car or not. I'm glad it wasn't.

I was going to say it looks like some kind of pipe holder, no idea why it is on your driven but Genius Boy finds it in Google. It's a brave new world alright.
