Is it possible/easy to buy parts from Tesla? The inside plastic trim on my Model Y is pretty beat up from cargo sliding into it. I would consider replacing it if I could buy the part and do it myself.
Additionally, does anyone have experience smoothing out scratches in the plastic trim of cars? Seems like some heat and a hot piece of flat metal should at least make it less bad. So long as the melted plastic doesn't stick to the metal smoothing tool.
