Any options for making Model S reverse lights brighter?

As great as the rear-view camera is, when backing up at night, I find the reverse lights to be quite inadequate in being able to clearly see what is around the car.

My only solution right now is to back up a bit and apply the brakes as the brakes provide enough illumination to clearly see everything. I need to keep braking while backing up just for the extra illumination from the brakes.

Anyone figured out a solution to increase the brightness of the reverse lights so the camera image shows everything clearly?

Great idea!

I never thought of that! Seems every other exterior rear light is brighter than the reverse lights so let me try this the next time I need to reverse in the dark and need to see where I'm reversing.
