Any other 2019 MY reservation holders still waiting for delivery?

I ordered in May, 2019 and nothing. Can't believe this is the way to operate a business. Things will change in a year or two when there are other options.
I know it sucks. I ordered 3/19 and that order went nowhere. I ended up cancelling and reordering and got that car last night, but that's not the point.

My point is that this car is amazing. I had a Model 3 and this is better in every way. All the other EV players are light-years behind Telsa. Maybe they'll have something to sell in two years, but Tesla will then be two years more advanced than they are now.

The hope is Tesla will start acting like a big company at some point, instead of a cash-strapped startup where every penny has to be squeezed out of the quarter. All the people they crammed into the end of June are now siphoned off the July deliveries. That means, they'll be doing the same cramming come September.

When was your reorder? I'm considering canceling my MY order...they have left me no choice. Husband is being deployed in 43 days and Tesla won't take a power of attorney. I don't trust them to get my order to me by then.

I cancelled and reordered on 6/6/20. As soon as I ordered, I started getting documents assigned to me and emails/texts about the order. I never got any of that with the initial order.

Who's to say if things are different now that the quarter is over.

If you order a second one on your account, does that potentially work or would I need to make a whole new account?

My issue is a lease turn-in...My build would be 1000 more today than when I ordered....but if I get it 2 months sooner, that's $1200 in lease payments on my current car that I am not paying...so maybe a wash.

I recognize my situation isn't as bad as several of you who have had VINs, or are on leases, but as a first time buyer I'm really disappointed with Tesla's communication and customer service.

Six weeks ago I received an email to expect my vehicle in 2-4 weeks. I emailed my "Delivery Support Specialist" - twice - and received absolutely no response. I texted a local rep, who I had worked with previously, and received no response from her either. I don't care if my car is 2 weeks or 14 weeks away. Frankly, I don't expect it to arrive until at least August anyway, given the pandemic and not living in California, but it would be nice if they'd be clear, and honest, about the status of my purchase. This is insane. I'm committing a lot of money to a product that has a hit or miss track record on QA and a frustratingly bad delivery process.

I guess business is good enough that they don't really need my purchase....

Ordered 12/19, added the trailer hitch 5/20. They seemed to be trying to push a quarter end car on me so I didn't finish the delivery prep on the website. I'm in no hurry so wanted to miss all the defectives they ship out at the end of the quarter to make numbers. I got approved for financing today and presto I have a 24xxx VIN assigned.

Picked up MSM | White | FSD vin 237xx on June 30 in Costa Mesa. Delivery from HELL. BUT Perfect car. Paint, Body. Fit inside and out was perfect. Happy camper after being sent to 2 pick up locations and a 2 hour delivery once they had the car with paperwork that was completed before we arrived, It was comical at one point.

I originally ordered a MY LR RWD then upgraded and paid the March 19 price for the AWD upgrade then 20 days later recieved the car, I was told that some cars that were ordered with the $2,500 deposit had a problem when the factory converted those pre orders to orders with prices the SKU numbers, they were off, So if you have a car with upgraded wheels showing the price at $1,500 you probably have a problem because they system is looking for a different sku. You will pay the $1,500 but the wheel sku is different. I would suggest calling and have them check every sku on your order. If i added a hitch or made any other changes the order would change to the new price.

Ordered 1st day, white/white/19 inch forTampa delivery, still no word? I think there is a bottleneck on white interiors.
Honestly after looking at the order spreadsheet on here, I feel like east cost deliveries combined with lower volume ordered configurations are part of the issue. The other part being there is no consistency in their car matching system.

Update! Seems the 'home delivery' was my delay. Since I have tomorrow off -- I'm going to get up early and head over the hill to pickup at the Renton delivery center. Fingers crossed there's no show-stoppers.

I figure I'll get a good 250+ miles making myself familiar with things.
Wonderful experience at the Seattle/Renton location earlier today.

Attentive and genuinely interested staff. Only some minor fit/finish issues... all but one taken care of on the spot. Due bill for the remaining issue - a minor paint flaw that I didn’t want to wait around to get sorted (estimated 3-ish hours). Drove back to eastern WA (nearly 300 miles).

VIN 19xxx. Amazing vehicle. First a Tesla for us. Good luck all!!!

That seems to be the case. East Coast buyers are without a doubt getting the short end of the stick here.

Placed an order yesterday for the same car in addition to original order of 1.31.20. I want to test out the theory that their "matching system" is broken.

I ordered mine a little over a year ago and I too still don't have my Y. I was told 2 to 4 weeks about 6 weeks ago. The delivery advisor is not giving me any additional info and never acknowledged that they missed the window promised to me. They only respond to questions they want to answer and ignore others. I chatted with Tesla yesterday. Was told that the only time frame they could offer was the same 4 to 8 weeks advertised. I expressed disappointment in the fact that I was being given the same time frame as a new order. They ignored that comment and asked if there was anything else they could help me with.
