Any Reasonable P85 Power Tuners Out There Yet?

I’m getting used to the torque of my P85 and it is starting to feel sluggish. I know that there are tuner boxes out there that improve throttle response, but are there any reasonably priced tuners that will add more power (kWh at full throttle) yet? I’d be willing to give up some range if I could switch back and fourth. Thanks
