Any fed or AZ tax credits for solar rental payments? It's about $600/year so no big loss either way

There shouldnt be, because you dont own it, and those credits are for the owner (tesla in this case). Just like there are no federal tax credits if you lease a tesla vehicle (the tax credit goes to the owner of the vehicle, which is tesla).

Solar rental, lease, PPA wouldnt generate any federal credits. No idea about any local credits for you though.

thanks, hopefully, some local credits otherwise I only have a $75 EV charger credit for next year... Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Incentives | ChargePoint
