Anybody order Tesla X Plaid?

Has anybody ordered the new X Plaid? I ordered one, but Tesla sales said they have no idea when it will arrive

@mrkool1, I ordered one in January 2021. Recently, when I had a chance to talk to a Tesla employee, she mentioned that Plaid X would become available in 2024 at the earliest. That is of course IF Tesla decides to sell one in 2024...

2024? That's crazy. Is it a good idea just order one in California and ship to Japan? Also since you also got 2017 X, did you also lost the free charging? Which is really strange, consider in USA it's still free.

I think the main issue is that they're not making any refresh S & X in RHD yet. I would personally not want to drive a LHD car in Japan.

I find the Model 3 already uncomfortably wide for some roads in and around Tokyo. I'm amazed you guys want to drive a Model X, even though it does look like an otherwise wonderful car.

Don't import Tesla vehicles to Japan. Maps may not work, navigation doesn't work either. There is a military guy who did it.

I still have the 2017 X, and it has free supercharging.

In roughly 16 months, I plan to relocate from Hawaii to Tokyo, and I've just ordered a Model X Long Range. It only required a fully refundable deposit of ¥15,000 ($105), but there was no price or delivery estimate... Hopefully, I timed it correctly haha
