What are the make and specifications of the front tires if they are all-season? Is it Pirelli P Zero All Season 255/35R21 ?

The Model 3 was sold & transferred on May 6, and yet 22 days later I still get billed for Tesla Insurance and even get a new Safety Score seemingly from the new owner. Seems like a big oversight on Tesla's part :rolleyes:
