Used X plaid prices! Could they get to the 60s by the end of the year?

Been eyeing this one. Bumper to bumper is done but still has battery and drive unit warranty, anybody think this is a good deal or I should wait? 76k is a lot on a 2022

The maintenance keeping it clean would be the breaking point for me.
