Anybody used Business PCP?

I have a Model Y on order on a business lease, but came across the business PCP on the Tesla website comes very close to the lease I will be paying.
The website suggests it does include VAT but the similar personal PCP is much more expensive?

Appreciate any advice as I would prefer a PCP route.
