Anyone else have 12.x screw up their BT calls?

Mid 2018 Model S. CameCfrom 8.6 to 12.x and my phone Bluetooth for calls is now garbage - sounds too distorted to comprehend. Rebooting and repairing haven't fixed it, either. Nor has powering off and on. BT audio for music seems okay. Even if I am the only one, is calling Tesla support the only real way to report this?

Well. Guess I'm the only person in the TMC universe. Anyway, thought I'd come back to confirm the Tesla mobile service came and yup, it's a bug.5 days later and no call from engineering or ETA.
