Anyone have any luck getting FSD sub refund?

I renewed my FSD sub and the same day a camera stops working and it’s now been 3 weeks due to no appointments available, FSD has not functioned at all during this time. I would assume I should get a refund for the month considering my car is still practically new… anyone have any luck with this or know who to contact? Service could not help (not surprising)

I wouldn’t count on a refund, but maybe you’ll get lucky. Try contacting support, because service wouldn’t be able to do that. Make sure you cancel your subscription so you don’t get charged again until your camera is fixed.
