Anyone know how to remove this stain on my seat?

Thought this may have been sunblock lotion coming off my sons legs but doesn’t come off after trying to wipe off with water and towel
Don’t know how and where it came from

Any help is much appreciated?

The manual recommends using warm water and non-detergent soap on a microfiber cloth to clean. A good source of non-detergent soap is Johnson's baby shampoo. That has generally worked for me to clean, but I haven't had white marks like yours before.

I would let others suggest stronger cleaners if that doesn't work.

A professional car detailer said that the key to removing sunscreen off of a carseat is to use a degreaser. You can try a household degreaser/cleaner such as 409 spray. There are also automotive all purpose cleaners and degreasers such as Optimum PowerClean. If you use something like PowerClean, make sure to dilute it about 5:1 with water for use on interiors.

Thanks!

For something more detailed, supposedly the seating material is supplied by Ultraleather (although this may have changed).

This has cleaning instructions with some mentioned chemicals (like 409)

This has a more detailed list of tested chemicals on that vendors polyurethane seating materials (Tesla Model 3's seats are Polyurethane according to older versions of the manual):

It's a fairly long list so there's a good change you may have one of those products already at home.
Note all the warnings however (like not to saturate the seat with the cleaning solution, etc)
