Anyone know who Viv is in relation to Elon? :)

It seems like Viv just sort of popped up on the Tesla EV scene in the last six months or so and somehow got Elon to follow her (he only follows about 100 people) and has a really decent track record getting replies from him! Is she a youtuber or "influencer" or anything? I know Musk tends to reply to those people a bit more (Everyday Astronaut, etc)....
