2023 MYLR, the front right suspension is damaged.

Wondering if anyone has experiences using Fix Auto Concord, Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. I believe they are Tesla certified.

Is parts availability still an issue? Lots of discussion on TMC in 2023 regarding months-long waits for parts.

You should go to Toronto they have been around longer, until new shop and employees get up to speed. Parts are dependent on availability that's just how it goes when new models come out. Some of the new locations don't have fully trained master techs and do less complicated jobs, send vehicles to surrounding area here in Ontario Canada.
