I bought my M3 used with 5k miles. I have had it almost 2 weeks. 9 days ago I sent Tesla the photos of my new Title and a copy of my license. they responded quickly to tell me everything was in order and it would be 3-5 days before they would get it set up to my Tesla account. it has now been 8 days and nothing...no response to my email inquiries...nothing. Anyone have advise on how to get this done...the supercharger account is still set up in the previous owners name. Thanks!

Keep calling and riding them hard.
Unfortunately this process has gotten better, but is still terrible.
