Is there a site showing which super chargers are operational during disasters?

I would hope the stall availability and status in the Nav map would tell you that a location was out of service, no? I believe someone posted that one or more Florida locations were out of service or showed 'reduced capacity'. Perhaps Marathon? Since that data is only 'in-car', it's not easy to see online (duh... ).
