Battery dead shortly after software update

Hi all

My beloved models has battery problems.


I see from the bus readout that cell 55 and 56 are the culprit. It happened immediately after a software update. It strikes me that added up, both voltages added are on average the same voltage as the other cells. Could this be a software glitch? Who has more background expertise to see how two adjoining cells on the same bms card interact?

65 and 66? Hopefully the reading is erroneous. Did you get errors displayed in the car?

The readings make no sense, in that the battery can't have a 4.8v cell group. If you add groups 65 & 66, you get 7.2v, which is the normal voltage. So seems like a software glitch. I'd recheck it in 24 hours to see if it resolves itself.
