Everyone affected should have gotten or will be getting a phone call with times to pick up their cheque from Tesla and sign the new papers! Very thankful Tesla put in the work and got this done in the end for us.

Have you received an official notice from them to sign a paperwork, etc? I still haven’t heard from them at all...

Neither for me. I asked my delivery agent (based in Eastern Canada) to refer me to someone local, but the local side has given zero response.

Just to give hope to those that have not heard anything, I did receive a message from Tesla Vancouver today that they have a $2000 check for me to pick up for the balance of the incentive. Sadly, it is an 800 km round trip for me and wasn't able to reach anyone on the call back to see if they will pop it in the mail but nice know it is close to being finally resolved!

I got into contact with their Vancouver ProBar and was told they have a single person manually contacting each one of us that took deliveries during the two day span. From the message you received, seems like the person is slowly catching up lol

I just got a call from Cameron from the West 4th location that my cheque is ready for pick up. I think they are just slowly tracking down everyone.

I certainly hope so. I ordered my M3 last Tuesday after having been sent an email about the draining incentive reserves, so it's going to be nothing but anxiety until I get the call to go pick the car up.. which, by the sounds of it, is going to be some time in March. Here's to hoping the incentive holds out or that it gets topped up further.

I'm in the same boat here. Ordered the Model 3 last Friday assuming I would be eligible for the rebates. But to get the rebate, do we actually have to have the car in hand first? If so, that sucks.

From what the Tesla salesperson told me is that the rebate isn't applied until the cars delivery date.

I can confirm from when I bought my SR+ a year ago that you don't get the rebate until delivery day and you cannot reserve it. Longest 3 month wait of my life!
