After my one and only try with a Tesla Supercharger in Dallas, I am hoping Tesla waits on opening up the charging network to other EVs. At least wait until more charging stations are built first. Right after we bought our Tesla earlier this year, I took it to the Park Ln Supercharger and we got the last open stall. Right after that we saw a pretty long line forming. Mind you this Supercharger really isn't in a good spot but I had heard that others in Texas were similar (Waco especially). We are about to take our first road trip in the Tesla soon (within Texas) and I'm hoping the Superchargers along I-35 are less crowded, even the one in Waco.
