New Burney (California) Supercharger - Beware, no wheel stops

On my recent trip from eastern Oregon to the San Francisco Bay Area, I was delighted to discover a Supercharger on Highway 299, just east of Burney (about 50 miles east of Redding). I didn't really need it for this trip, but of course I checked it out. The addition of Superchargers in Alturas and Redding were sufficient for me to take my M3 LR westbound (downhill) even in a heavy snowstorm last winter, but I think I would want the extra margin of a Burney charge-up to go eastbound in bad weather. At one point, Tesla was planning a supercharger in Adin

I did notice that the Burney supercharger did not have wheel stops (those pieces of concrete that tell you just how close to get to the chargers without backing into them). Fortunately, and somewhat atypically for me, I noticed this in time, but it is something to keep in mind.
