Hi I’ve got an appointment coming up at the Birmingham service centre and an in app message says I can’t wait onsite. Has that been anyone’s recent experience. Last year I was able to sit and wait. Can anyone recommend a good place to work from nearby for the day, just working on a laptop and attending occasional zoom calls. Thanks!
