Blue flash

occasionally as I was driving on auto pilot, I noticed the top half of the vehicle screen flashed blue on the top third. It only flashed blue for about two seconds. Any idea what this means?

I think it normal you need to touch or just turn steering wheel slightly lest or right. Tesla needs you pay attention and you stay alart.

I had a hard time with the lightness of the touch needed for turns with AP so I switched on “confirmation needed” and read here that a tap on the right stalk works. It is much easier for me. Now my lane changes are smooth and easy.
