Blue Solid Color on Tesla Wall Connector and WiFi Connection Issue

I have 2 issues about wall connector. I just set Schedule/Charging from Tesla apps. When I connected my car to Wall Connector then it turns blue solid color which I understand to wait for schedule time. So I wanted to cancel this but it says "Connect to Wall Connector" which I cannot connect it because I cannot see any Wall Connector in WiFi section. So I cannot cancel the scheduled charging so it is still blue color and cannot charge it.

How to cancel the scheduled charging or how to cancel blue lights? When I disconnect from charger unit from car then it turns green but when I plug then It turns blue again.

Secondly, I cannot see Tesla Wall Connecter after 5 sec press on the handles which green lights bleeping that I understand it is signalling for hotspot but I cannot see any devices name Wall Connector in the WiFi section of phone or laptop?

I am stacked about this and electrician who does not understand how to solve?

I was thinking the unit is faulty

When you first install the Wall Connector you must connect your phone (or laptop) to the Wall Connector's local WiFi to complete the configuration and installation of the Wall Connector.

The Wall Connector only needs to be able to connect to your home WiFi or a mobile WiFi hotspot for firmware updates.
