Body Inspection before 2018 (Unsupported vehicle)

Hi,
my car wash crashed in 2016, after that in April 2017 was made body inspection that car pass correctly with high voltage test. Supercharging and support status are correct. But I can't found any information what old policy (before September 2018) say when car come back from unsupported to supported, did the warranty come back too?

Can anyone help me found some documents about it.
I know that after 2018 cars can't come back from black list.

The warranty and ability to allow supercharging for cars that were "totaled" or paid off as completely destroyed by an insurance company may be different in Poland. I think in the USA both the warranty and the ability to allow future supercharging on the Tesla Supercharging network are not possible anymore for such vehicles. Some vehicles may have been allowed previously.

Policy in EU and US is same. But my was bring back to support before 2018. And I can't find this old policy. With new one, they don't bring back warranty.
