Boston-Area Places For PPF and Soundproofing

Would love to find a place in the Boston area (even better Metro West) to apply PPF to a new M3P. Any recs would be greatly appreciated. How much should these cost for a partial package (Front Bumper, Partial Hood, Partial Fenders, Headlights, Mirrors, Fog Lights)?

Also, would love recs for a place in the Boston area that might be able to help reduce noise levels in the car.
