Broken charging pin? Please help

Hello , today it was -9 celsius and when i got home i tried to put my charger in but it had trouble locking in the charger and started flashing in orange color. Then i tried to pull the cable out but it was impossible to pull it out even if i clicked on ”unlock charger”. I waited 30 mins for the car to get warmer in the garage. It was still hard but this time i managed to pull the cable out. My qyestion now is: i know that the right side pin is supposed to be shorter/lower than the left side but in my picturrs it looks like the top/tip of the right side pin is broken off. It has a green ish color to it now. If you compare my picture to the one from google it looks like the top/tip of mine broke off. Should i be worried? Does it go under e warranty?
