I wanted to know if anyone had any experience in Brooklyn, New York Tesla service center .
I have few gap issues

Unfortunately, I only have bad experiences with this location. I have a panel gap, in turn, they repair something else other than the original panel gap in which they didn't install correctly. In addition, they also damage inside of the trunk near the controls to drop down the seats. Somehow, got water into my tail light and didn't install back the weather stripping correct, left the front seat dirty. Basically, waiting for them to fix this with another appointment. Fair to state, the service writer was sympathetic and understood my frustration, as for the service itself I would see if you can find a better center. Personally, this experience left a bad taste and made me question owning a Tesla. Never in my years of owning cars, I had this type of bad service.

1St appointment to validate the panel gap - July
2nd appointment to repair – blotch up job - Aug
3rd appointment pending approval for the blotch up repair – pending Sept.

If you decide to use this center, hopefully you have a better experience than I have.
