BS script for Delivery Advisers

My delivery was postponed twice and then cancelled on 9/25 when Tesla sold my car to someone else.

No doubt following Tesla's script, my delivery advisor is claiming that assigning me a VIN for a new car and arranging delivery is a "top priority." I'm certain this is a BS script that Tesla has instructed delivery advisors to cite.

Shame on Tesla. They can't even get the B.S. right:)
 
Wish I had your problems.

After our VIN number reverted to a RN#, and delivery was cancelled last month, our delivery advisor does not return phone calls or respond to emails.

I can totally see people being brought in from other locations/positions for September rush to move the deliveries and then they left to go back or went on vacation at some point after the rush. Are you sure the DA is still working?
