Buying from Carvana, Vroom, etc.

I'm not sure if this is the right forum, apologies.

We are looking at Model X's, preferably used. We've looked at a number through Tesla's used site. What about purchasing from Carvana, Vroom, or one of the other online dealers? Any experiences, good or bad? Also, how do I tell if autopilot is enabled from the VIN?

Carvana or Vroom are going to be more "customer oriented" - Tesla Used Cars are a jungle that some people do not emerge whole from. Others of course get fantastic deals on lovely vehicles.
