two questions will these rims fit properly for my performance.

also will 255/45R19 work well with my Performance dropping down 2 inches..
i was looking at getting these tires Pilot all season 4
i also heard Vredstein's were very good anyone use them before..
between the two does anyone recommend one or the other?
is the Y speed rating good enough and will either of these tires be good for NJ
any tips would be awsome.. right now discount tire says the rims and pilots should fit as is.
