CA Tesla Collision center appointment: Must visit Service center first?

trying to make an appointment on the app with Tesla Collision San Juan Capistrano, but it always asks me to go to the service center first.

phone call always goes to voicemail and no response.

so we can't make appointment with collision center directly in Los Angeles?

here is the answer:
After you upload pictures of the damage, the app will indicate the collision center required. At this point, you can only choose a service center. However, the staff at the service center will contact you through the app and provide you with a link to select a collision center. If you choose a certified body shop, you'll have to make an appointment yourself. If you prefer a Tesla collision center, which currently has a waiting period of at least one month, they'll schedule an appointment for you on the app. You'll be able to reschedule at a later time using the app.
