Calif. buyers - CVRP rebate running down

The program has been replenished today showing a good jump in funding - should be good for at least most of 2019. CA buyers still able to get 3750+2500 next year. $6250 off a $35k Model 3 SR should be acceptable. The large state sales tax still computed off the pre-rebate price. This opens up a pretty serious opportunity for lease offerings in CA at a quite-low monthly price for SR non-AP.

Definitely funds to get through most of 2019. Those in CA have options of waiting on SR or going with MR now with $7500 fed credit vs. $3750 for Half 1 of 2019. Not a big difference, really. Sales tax is still taken on the price pre-credits.

And the change done implies this amount of cars (not just Tesla, but all qualifying) @ 2500 per day. Some will get 1500 if PiHV.

As others have previously mentioned, funding has run out in the past. When I leased my 2013 Honda Fit EV, the funding had run out, but I ended up getting the rebate a few months later after additional funding.
