What's the overall experience with the Cambridge SC?
To be honest before having the test drive they were quite responsive and even calling too much. Now that I placed and paid the £100 reservation fee It's impossible to get anyone to reply any question?

I admit it was two years ago in March. I found them very helpful. The Manager at that time was a guy called Nikola who went out of his way to help.

No idea who the manager is but I don’t like chasing people. I’m spending £50K on a car. They aren’t doing me a favour.

I had similar when i test drove there. i was leasing and made this clear beforehand. I was hounded for the RN number (so they could get their commission). I get it, but there was no customer service feeling to the call, it was literally "have you got your RN number yet?! "

I’m actually this close to cancelling. I’m beyond shocked. I have written to UK sales too.
