Can’t find vehicle

Encountered the same issue. Tried everything including reinstalling app, rebooting system, etc but to no avail. Finally lodged a service request and was told by Tesla that SIM card was faulty and needed replacement (at no cost). However they are unable to ascertain what caused the SIM card to be faulty… my modY is 2-month old and isn’t it a bit too soon for this to happen?? 🤔🤷🏻‍♂️

Electronic stuff has a weird U-shaped failure pattern.
