Can’t get 50kwh from Ecotriciry (CCS) with my M3

Hi, I wonder if you have experience with Ecotricity? I used to have 37kwh speed with my model 3 sd+ from CCS.
This week it was just 11kwh in the same CCS Ecotricity on M1 Toddington. Note I was alone at te 2 charging points so can’t be splitting the speed.

Did you by accident plug in the AC connector and not the CCS connector? That would explain the 11kW.

It would be 50kW and 11kW, not kWh, as kWh is a measure of energy and kW is a measure of power.

Thanks for the clarification. Yes it should be 50kW. and I’m 100% sure I used CCS in Toddington (south). Even, ended the session a few times and started again but the result was same. I wonder if anyone had a similar experience.
