Can’t logout of Netflix

Hi all, first off I know the screen has tons of fingerprints, I wish I could find a decent screen protector. If anyone has any recommendations let me know.

So the real issue I’m having is that I can’t logout of the previous owners Netflix account. If you notice all the profiles have locks on them and I can’t get into them to go into the settings to log out, I tried the kids account and there’s not a settings option within. Is there another way I could log out of the Netflix account? Sorry for being a noobie! Haha

I think if you select one of the users, you should be able to get to the "settings" screen, then log out. Best of luck.

Where the accounts are locked I'm not able to get into the settings, the "kids" accounts don't have the settings option.

Hmm. Odd. Have you tried through the browser? I think you can de-authorize a device through the browser, but don’t quote me on that.

I tried everything possible: a new driver profile, clearing browsing history and cookies, everything I could think of. I had to factory reset the car but I should have done that anyways when I got the car!

P.S. The screen is clean now
