Can a Model S charge at Autolib Stations (Paris, France) ?

I think you could also make a Type 1 to Type 2 adapter for the Model S if the Type 3 to 2 cable one doesn't work out.

For sure this adapter would be a best seller, because not only foreigners wouldn't have to worry about getting a type 3 to type 2 cable, but also French citizens would be happy to use the built-in Autolib' cable instead of their own.

Does anyone know where to find one ? European S owners aren't as lucky as their American counterparts, who can buy From Tesla an J1772 adapter for their S.

AFAIK a female J1772 type 1 Plug does not exist.
One could buy a J1772 Socket and build a DIY adapter by mounting it in a box. Obviously, it would be somewhat bulky.
A 16A Socket should do it, as Autolib only delivers max. 16A.
