Canada: Warranty expiring soon

Hi
I have a 2020 Model X Raven bought in March 2020. My warranty is expiring soon. I got an appointment for a service. I have a few questions:
1. What are the typical high risk of failure items that I can ask them to inspect?
2. Is it worth it to get the 2 year extended service agreement. My car give me many problems in the first year of ownership. But no issues in the past 2.5 years.
3. Do we need to replace the HEPA filter in the Model X. If yes, at what interval.
4. Does the car need brake cleaning?

Thanks and I really appreciate your help!

Wife really likes her Model X. I believe Raven Model X was peak Model X. I wouldn't get the new Model X, because it lacks the stalks and buttons.

Right now the car is giving me no issues, so I don't mind even paying the extended warranty for 2 more years. I will likely keep this car as long as it doesn't give me any issues.

Unless Tesla brings back the stalks and buttons, this would be my last Tesla.
