Cannot complete call

When I want to place a call through the voice activation system, I frequently get the error message, "Cannot complete call." The phone has an established BT connection and I can place calls by physically picking up the phone (or using Siri). Once placed, the audio comes through in the car.

I have an iPhone 12, latest iOS, and a 2021 Model 3.

Any idea what might be gong on?

I am having the same issue. It was working fine and has just started not working.

Same here! Everything was working perfectly fine and then suddenly it stopped. I have a Model 3. Android phone. This has been ongoing for about 2 weeks now and it is getting frustrating.

So I submitted a request for service describing the issue and they messaged me and wanted me to test it with a timestamp of when I did it and they fixed it remotely

Same here. Tried rebooting and reconnecting BT, and it still does not work!

I too have this problem with new iPhon 14. Reboot did not help. Primary phone.

I have this with my OnePlus 10 Pro as well. Thought it was b/c I had an 'off the beaten path' phone.
