Try this:
1. In Chrome, go to the Settings menu (Three dots on the right side->Settings)
2. Click Privacy and Security on the left
3. Click Cookies and Other Site Data
4. Click See All Cookies and Site Data
5. In the search field at the top, type "Tesla"
6. Click Remove All Shown
7. Try logging in again. Be sure to go to Tesla.com and then click My Account. Any bookmarks or links may not work after this procedure.
