I just got my 2017 X out of SC after chip replacement, however now I can not unlock the car using the tesla app. I can adjust the climate and open the charging port and honk the horn. However, when I try to unlock the car, it shows the lock open on my Iphone screen, but the car door remains locked. I can not unlock any door. I have tried deleting the app, reloading it, diconnecting my phone from the car's bluetooth and reconnecting it. Any ideas?

The Service Center forgot to update the Security Certificates on your MCU. Only they can fix this as it has to be corrected on their back-end servers, but fortunately you don't have to take your Model X back. It can be fixed remotely, you just have to make another Service appointment on your Tesla App mentioning you don't have full app functionality after eMMC update.
