Car sounds like duck when accelerating

My 2020, built in late 2019 Model 3 SR+ with about 40,000 miles on it has developed a strange duck sound when accelerating at low speeds. The steering also creaks and groans when turning. Sounds like it's coming from the driver side only.

I've checked the wheels, suspension and everything I can visibility but don't see any obvious issues. I opened a ticket but there's a two week wait unless I want a four hour round trip to get in next week.

FYI
We just got our left front weird noise fixed. They rebuilt most of the LF suspension. I can’t believe that the defects weren’t found in assembly. It was subtle and seemed to be coming up the steering shaft.

Tesla confirmed both upper control arms need replaced along with the AC compressor. They said the control arm issue was just wear and tear. I don't even have 40,000 miles on my car and it's not like I'm going off roading with it. It's all city/highway drives on decent roads.
