I expect that some of the core files in the OS never change. It's possible some features work differently with different versions of the OS.
I have had some odd quirks, the infotainment system hasn't gone on when nobody was in the car, but often when I get into the car the radio will bounce between the lowest frequency and the station I was listening to over and over again for about 30 seconds. Other times the radio auto-tunes to a different station for no reason (though that hasn't happened in a while so maybe they fixed it). There is an entire thread on this forum for the bugs in the USB player. It's been active as long as I've been here and there are still new posts.
