center console rattles

I had a rolling around sound in the center console and took the dang thing out of the car and shook it and found these little turds. Where the heck did they come from? The rattle is gone and so happy to get rid of the rattle.

Where did they come from?
Randomly dropped in the car when built?
Came undone and then should i try to find where they go.

Tesla uses those to secure panels. It either fell out, or is an extra

I just disassembled an entire console. Those are on multiple places inside the console. None of them should be loose or rolling around, but you know, it happens. Nothing to worry about.
