Anyone know how we can go about changing our sales advisor?
The first one we were initially assigned to I believe left Tesla. Now that we are looking at model Y, another one reached out when I was looking for a trade in estimate.
He has reached out a few times trying to be helpful, but each time he does is using a different phone number. I have gotten calls from him with an Arizona area code, Illinois area code, Washington, and Southern California. I’m a bit turned off with this robo calling style, not to mention that he didn’t tell me that vehicles would not be available during the specific date I said I was going to stop by the showroom.
I’m sure he is a nice guy. But we are honestly not compatible. Is there another way to get another sales advisor assigned?
